Welcome to GarageSix. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, service bookings, vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, detailing, and upgrade services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

GarageSix provides automotive maintenance, repair, detailing, inspection, and vehicle upgrade services. Services available may vary depending on your vehicle, location, parts availability, and workshop capacity.

We reserve the right to inspect a vehicle before confirming the exact work required.

2. Service Bookings

When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your vehicle.

A booking request does not automatically guarantee an appointment. Your booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from GarageSix.

We may contact you if additional information is required before your appointment.

3. Vehicle Inspection & Estimates

Initial estimates are based on the information available at the time of booking and may change after a physical inspection.

If additional repairs or parts are required, we will explain the recommended work and associated costs before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

Additional work will not normally be carried out without your approval.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle and contact information.

• Informing us about known vehicle problems or previous repairs.

• Removing valuable personal belongings from your vehicle before service.

• Providing any required keys, security codes, or vehicle documentation.

• Following recommended maintenance and safety instructions after service.

GarageSix is not responsible for personal belongings left inside a vehicle.

5. Parts & Replacement Components

Replacement parts may be new, manufacturer-approved, aftermarket, or otherwise suitable for the vehicle, depending on the service agreed with you.

Parts availability may affect completion times. Where a specific part is unavailable, we may contact you to discuss suitable alternatives.

6. Service Times

We provide estimated completion times wherever possible. These are not guaranteed and may change because of unexpected repairs, parts availability, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Payments

Payment is due according to the agreed payment terms when the service is completed or at another time communicated by GarageSix.

Additional charges may apply for work approved after the initial inspection or estimate.

Vehicles may not be released until outstanding amounts have been paid.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment may affect your ability to make future bookings.

Any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated before they are charged.

9. Vehicle Upgrades & Custom Work

Performance and customization services may change the appearance, performance, handling, sound, or other characteristics of a vehicle.

You are responsible for ensuring that modifications comply with applicable laws, regulations, insurance requirements, and vehicle standards in your location.

GarageSix does not guarantee that every modification is legal for use on public roads in every jurisdiction.

10. Warranty

Where a warranty applies to a service or replacement part, the applicable warranty terms will be provided to you.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow recommended maintenance instructions.

11. Liability

We take reasonable care when working on your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, hidden defects, or failures unrelated to the work performed.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12. Website Use

You agree to use the GarageSix website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website.

• Interfere with its operation or security.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and branding, belongs to GarageSix or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use this content without prior written permission.
